Terms & Conditions of Enrolment & Admission

 

Registration:

 

The following must be handed in at time of registration:

 

Registration form duly completed

$30 registration fee (non-refundable)

$450 as a Security Deposit to secure your child’s placement in next term**

Copy of child’s birth certificate

Copy of child’s certificate of vaccination

Copy of parents’ NRIC/Passport/FIN card

This Security Deposit is Refundable only if written notice of withdrawal is given one full calendar month before the commencement of the next School term

 
 

Term Fees:

 

Full term fees are to be pre-paid (non-refundable) on or before commencement of school term

 

Rules & Regulations:

 

1.

Class hours are 9am to 1pm and 1pm to 5pm.

2.

Please ensure that child arrives punctually for class.

3.

Entry into school is 5 minutes before commencement.

4.

Please ensure that child is picked up punctually after class.

5.

Late pick-up fine of $10 per half hour or part thereof is payable after a 10 minutes grace.

6.

Regular attendance is necessary unless the child is unwell. If your child is going to be absent for the day, please inform the principal or teachers.

 

7.

For the safety of your child, please inform the principal or teachers in writing that somebody other than the pre-authorised personnel is picking up your child from school.

 

8.

If your child inadvertently takes home any article belonging to the school or another student, please return the article the following school day.

 

9.

Do not permit your child to bring any toy or money to school.

10.

No jewellery is to be worn in school.

11.

Should your child be down with any contagious or infectious disease, e.g. Measles, mumps, Influenza, Fever, Chicken Pox etc, please keep your child away from school until certified fit by physician.

 

12.

One full calendar month's notice of withdrawal must be given prior to commencement of next term, otherwise your Security Deposit will be forfeited.

 

13.

Current term fees must be pre-paid on or before commencement of school term.

14.

School uniforms must be worn at all times when attending classes or on excursions.

15.

All public and term holidays will be observed. There will be no make-up classes or rebates.

16.

Parent-teacher conferences will be held on the last day of each term or during term breaks as decided by the principal and parents are expected to attend.
